He joined Allison in November 2007 as executive vice president, CFO and treasurer. In January 2016, he was promoted to the additional role of president. Graziosi is a certified public accountant (CPA) and a certified information systems auditor (CISA, non-practicing).Prior to joining Allison, Graziosi served as executive vice president and CFO at Covalence Specialty Materials Corp. Before that, he held various executive-level positions within the industry at companies such as Resolution Performance Products LLC, Hexion Specialty Chemicals, General Chemical Industrial Products, GenTek and Sun Chemical Group.Regarding his appointment, Graziosi said, “Fallbrook’s NuVinci CVP technology represents a major advancement in transmission technology.
