Artistic depictions of a few of these figures can be seen on the sneakers. This isn’t the first time Dinwiddie has paid homage to notable people with his fashion choices. A sneaker artist by the name of Kickasso designs a number of pieces for him to wear. Among his many creations have been nods to the famous musical artist Prince, the effervescent Muhammad Ali and the very relevant Colin Kaepernick. Kronos is known as a Greek god of time, and Dinwiddie believes timing has played a large part in his NBA success so far.“The inspiration behind that is the mythology of the word that talks about opportunity and the right moment,” Dinwiddie told WearTesters. “Which, besides hard work, is the story of my career. Beyond that the other major keys to my brand is that 25.08 percent (my two numbers) of the proceeds will go to charity. And that products will be sustainably made when possible.”Stan Lee’s innovation helped create timeless stories that will be retold for generations, so it’s fitting that Dinwiddie wanted his life’s work depicted on a pair of shoes. This may be one of of his most memorable ideas yet, and he’s sure to come up with many more interesting concepts as the NBA season progresses. Game 11/82 for @sdinwiddie_2508 .
